Billing
QA hours are equal to half of a standard retainer hour or $95/hour for any non-retainer QA work.
While we can theoretically produce a large number of hours, unless you are on a retainer that is above 80 hours a month. The expected production per day is estimated at 4 hours per day.
Retainers
On monthly retainers hours do not roll over from month to month. For semi-annual and annual retainer packages hours may spread across the retained period. Basically, whichever period is pre-paid “retained” the retained hours are valid for that period.
Scheduling
For every request our team requires 3 business days for the first four hours and 1 additional business day of notice for every additional four hours. So an 8 hour request requires 4 business days before work can be scheduled to start.
There is no maximum amount of work that can be requested but the only way work can be guaranteed to be completed in a month is to provide ample lead time. An 80 hour request would require a full month of lead time to produce in a single month following that lead time. Please see the table below for reference.
